The Week 11 Big 12 college football attendance numbers came in after this weekend’s games and it was a strong showing across the board for the Big 12 Conference.

There were six games on Saturday, with the home team winning three matchups and the other three going in favor of the visitors.

Here’s a look at how the attendance looked in each game.

The crowd in Salt Lake City (UT) for the Holy War between Utah and BYU was very impressive, as 54,383 fans packed into Rice Eccles Stadium to watch the Cougars win a last-minute thriller over the Utes to remain undefeated.

While Utah fans — and even administration — contend the results were controversial, BYU walked out of their rivals’ stadium with a 22-21 win, and did so in front of a crowd that was well over capacity, at 105.7%.

As has been the case all season, Kansas’ home field this week was Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City (MO), which has a capacity of 76,416. The Booth, meanwhile, holds 47,233. So, with that taken into consideration, a crowd of 51,109 is very impressive and would be just over 108% capacity if the game were in Lawrence. Jayhawk fans weren’t disappointed either, as KU’s offense exploded in 45-36 win over 17th-ranked Iowa State.

The biggest crowd of the weekend by terms of sheer volume was in Lubbock (TX), as 60,229 (99.6%) piled into Jones AT&T Stadium to witness Deion Sanders’ Buffaloes take on Texas Tech. Despite going down 13-0 to start the game, Colorado roared back to win 41-27 and move to 5-1 in Big 12 play.

In total, five of the six games from Week 11 had crowds of 95% capacity or higher, with the outlier being West Virginia at Cincinnati, who had just over 38,000 at Nippert Stadium.
