The Week 12 Big 12 college football attendance numbers came in after this weekend’s games, and there was one fanbase that showed out above the rest.

There were six games on Saturday, with the home team winning three matchups and the other three going in favor of the visitors.

Here’s a look at how the attendance looked in each game.

Big 12 Football Week 12 Attendance (Percent Capacity)

  1. Utah at Colorado: 54,646 (108.9%)
  2. Kansas at BYU: 62,704 (98.4%)
  3. Arizona State at Kansas State: 51,880 (96.8%)
  4. Baylor at West Virginia: 52,376 (87.3%)
  5. Cincinnati at Iowa State: 52,881 (86.0%)
  6. Houston at Arizona: 38,538 (75.9%)

The Colorado football hype train has officially reached 90s-level status as the Buffs enter Week 13 as the No. 16 team in the AP Poll and are just a couple of wins away from a Big 12 Championship appearance.

CU fans packed out Folsom Field this past weekend, too, with 54,646 fans piling into the stadium to watch the Buffaloes 49-24 win over Utah.

Colorado-Utah was actually the only game of the week that was played in front of a true capacity crowd, as the other five games failed to get to 100% capacity.

LaVell Edwards Stadium got close with 98.4% capacity and the largest crowd of the weekend with 62,704 in attendance for Kansas’ 17-14 upset over the sixth-ranked Cougars.

Arizona at Kansas State was the only other game to top 90% capacity, as 51,880 were in attendance to see the Sun Devils take down the Wildcats, 24-14.
