Social Media Reacts to Hunter Dickinson Head Kick vs. Duke

The Kansas Jayhawks men’s basketball team beat the Duke Blue Devils 75-72 in the Vegas Showdown on Tuesday night, but the biggest story was not one of the big baskets of the game. Instead, it was Hunter Dickinson, who entered the game averaging 17.8 points and 10.4 rebounds, receiving a fragrant-2 foul and getting ejected for kicking the Blue Devils’ Maliq Brown in the head midway through the second half.

Given Hunter Dickinson‘s somewhat controversial history, this got the college basketball world into a frenzy on Tuesday night.

Hunter Dickinson's ejection was the single worst F2 I've ever seen. Ever. There was not a soul in the building or watching that agreed with that call. Everybody was floored.

And to think Fran called that crew "high-level, final four-caliber officials." They were numbskulls.
