The TCU Horned Frogs women’s basketball team continues their season at the Cayman Islands Classic on Friday with a showdown against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
Tip-off is set for 4 p.m. central.
No. 17 TCU (6-0) is off to a fantastic start under second-year coach Mark Campbell. The Horned Frogs already have a signature win after beating NC State at home. It was the highest-ranked opponent TCU had ever beaten at home.
Between transfer, Hailey Van Lith and holdovers Sedona Prince and Madison Connor, TCU have some of the best offensive weapons in the Big 12. This game is another chance for the Horned Frogs to burnish their credentials.
No. 3 Notre Dame (5-0) has one of the most exciting players in the country Hannah Hidalgo. Notre Dame has big wins over Purdue and USC, and both games were away from home. The Fighting Irish have been challenging themselves early and they have passed each test.
Here’s how you can catch the game and how it is expected to play out.
