Kirk Herbstreit Blocks Big 12 Fan After Getting Roasted During Playoff Discussion

NCAA Football: Clemson at North Carolina State

In a hilarious interaction with Big 12 fan, ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit had a sassy response to being called out for his consistent SEC bias.

The situation occurred when Herbstreit congratulated Michigan for a big win over Alabama in their bowl game, which brought on plenty of opinions in Herbstreit’s mentions. And there was one that apparently got to him.

Oklahoma State fan PokeNation responded to Herbstreit’s tweet, laughing about the fact that Herbstreit campaigned for Alabama to be admitted into the playoff in the place of Indiana or SMU.

Herbstreit then quoted the tweet, saying, “Keep believing the false narratives, clown.”

The tweet then took a turn for the worst, in Herbstreit’s case, as it was community noted by X, with a caption that read his own previous statement, “Indiana was not a team that should have been on that field when you consider other teams that could have been there.”

Then, the icing on the cake? Herbstreit decided to block PokeNation.

In the end, Big 12 fans found a way to push back at the continuous SEC bias from ESPN and one of it’s biggest fanboys.

You hate to see it. Happy New Year!
