In this case, the straw that broke the camel’s back was Colorado head coach Deion Sanders listing his Texas mansion for sale for $5.5 million.
Oftentimes, when a player or coach sells their property, it can become a storm of negative press with fans of the local team spiraling into conspiracies of losing their head coach. In the case of Sanders, he happens to be selling a home more than 800 miles away from Boulder, Colorado.
Regardless, it’s a heckuva layout that will attract the right high-end client looking for a nearly 30,000-square-foot home.
