Class of 2026 four-star prospect Trent Perry named his final four programs with Kansas and TCU making the cut, per Joe Tipton.
The 6-foot-4 small forward is also considering Maryland and Vanderbilt ahead of his senior season with Link Academy in Missouri.
Rivals ranked Perry as the 110th-best prospect in the 2026 cycle and the No. 33 overall small forward.
Perry told Rivals what he is looking for in his future college home.
“I want to go to a school where they have a good coaching staff, one that I trust and that will develop me. Also, a coaching staff that is like family,” he said.
Kansas head coach Bill Self and the Jayhawks are expected to host Perry for an official visit in the near future, following his recent trip to TCU.
KU finished last season 21-13 and was knocked out of the NCAA Tournament in a first-round loss to Arkansas. Meanwhile, TCU went 16-16 and missed March Madness for the first time in three seasons.
Perry, a native of Frisco, Texas, currently ranks as the fifth-best player in Missouri. Kansas is in the mix as it looks to reload with elite talent after a disappointing postseason exit, while TCU hopes to make a splash on the recruiting trail and bounce back under head coach Jamie Dixon.
