Former Four-Star Arizona QB Brayden Dorman Enters Transfer Portal
With transfer portal season officially upon us, college football fans are beginning to witness big names from their favorite teams announce their decision to enter the portal.
Former four-star Arizona quarterback Brayden Dorman is entering the transfer portal following the news of Jedd Fisch departing for Washington.
The 6-foot-5 freshman signal caller from Colorado Springs did not see the field in 2023 as the Wildcats got some special play from Noah Fifita.
Coming out of high school, Dorman was listed as a four-star prospect by the 247Sports index and checked in as the nation’s 351st-ranked prospect. He was also listed as the 24th-ranked quarterback in his class and the second-ranked player in the state of Colorado.
Dorman announced his decision on social media saying, “First and foremost, I would like to say I absolutely love the University of Arizona and all that it has to offer. All of the relationships I have built here will last a lifetime. It has been an absolute honor to be apart of such a special program. I want to thank all of my coaches and teammates this past year. I have the upmost respect for every individual associated with Arizona football.”
Arizona will now have a new spot to fill ahead of the 2024 season but with Jedd Fisch departing for a new job in the Big Ten, Arizona has a lot of changes ahead of them to focus on.
