One of the newest arrivals for Sonny Dykes and the TCU Horned Frogs is on the move once again.

Defensive back Andre Seldon, who committed to TCU this offseason after entering the transfer portal, is back in the portal and looking for a new home after wrapping up spring football with the Frogs. 247Sports Chris Hummer is credited with the initial report.

TCU cornerback Andre Seldon has entered the transfer portal, @mzenitz and I have learned for @247Sports.

Seldon started for New Mexico State this past season before transferring to play for the Horned Frogs. He was a Michigan signee out of high school. https://t.co/h1Lb9XWhbL pic.twitter.com/GVGRYWzzSN

Seldon committed to Michigan out of high school and spent two years in Ann Arbor before transferring to New Mexico State ahead of the 2022 season. There, he found profound success, recording 97 tackles, 11 pass deflections, and two interceptions across 28 games in 2022-23.

Seldon appeared to be in a position to play a major role for the Horned Frogs in 2024 after TCU saw a few pieces of its secondary move on after last year, namely Millard Bradford and Josh Newton.

However, with Seldon back in the portal, TCU will be forced to look for answers elsewhere. The good news is that Bud Clark and Avery Helm are back, giving the Frogs some experience to lean on as they try to figure things out.
