As we start looking ahead to Week 11 of the college football season, the spreads were released on Sunday, and one game stood out above the rest with some major early line movement in the Big 12.
Arizona State hosts UCF on Saturday and the line opened up at Sun Devils minus 5 (-5), but had already moved to Arizona State -3.5 or Arizona State -4 in most major online sports books.
That means that the early money has flooded in on the UCF Knights. That’s likely driven by UCF’s dominant 56-12 win over Arizona on Saturday to snap their five-game losing streak. Quarterback Dylan Rizk put together one of the best quarterback performances of the season in Orlando, throwing for 294 yards and three touchdowns. It has been a game of musical chairs at the position for the Knights and they may have finally found something in Rizk.
But Arizona State was fresh off a bye week and went to Stillwater and beat up Oklahoma State 42-21 in a game that included a multi-hour weather delay. Cam Skattebo rushed for over 150 yards in the win for the Sun Devils who are now 3-2 in Big 12 play and bowl eligible in a season they were predicted to finish last in the conference.

UCF vs. Arizona State History
The history between these two programs and short and sweet. They have met on time, back in 2002, and it was the Sun Devils winning 46-13 in Tempe. Dirk Koetter was coaching Arizona State, while UCF was led by Mike Kruczek.
The two programs are both new to the Big 12 Conference. UCF joined last year from the AAC, while Arizona State is in its first year in the Big 12 from the Pac-12.
