The 2025 college football season entered the final month of the season with Week 11 and in the Big 12 there were five games on the schedule this week, starting on Friday night. Reviewing a fan base’s attendance also gives us a chance to see which teams are the most passionate about their teams, and which fan bases have checked out and are already looking forward to basketball season. Some teams are surprising, some are disappointing, but who is showing up? With Week 11 of the season in the rearview mirror, here’s a look at the attendance numbers in the conference.

- Texas Tech vs. BYU: 60,229 (100.00%)
- UCF vs. Houston: 44,206 (98.12%)
- TCU vs. Iowa State: 44,197 (96.00%)
- West Virginia vs. Colorado: 55,510 (92.52%)
- Arizona vs. Kansas: 41,115 (81.00%)
Four fan bases topping the 90% mark in Week 11 is impressive, especially when one of those four is UCF, who is struggling this season. But the Space Game, as its dubbed, always brings a strong crowd, and the UCF faithful were all-in for this game on Friday night in Orlando.
Texas Tech vs. BYU was a sell out, as expected, for the biggest game in Lubbock in nearly two decades. Meantime, WVU fans continue to support RichRod and the program’s rebuild in Year 1, with a solid showing in a match up that did not have a ton of juice against a struggling Colorado team. Arizona’s fan base remains in question, as this team is exceeding expectations, and had the lowest fan turnout of the weekend in the Big 12.
The Big 12 is back in action next weekend with six games on the slate on Saturday for Week 12, the final weekend with bye weeks in the conference before Weeks 13 and 14 wrap up the regular season.
