“He was outside the circle! He was outside the circle, and he was set!” the announcer screamed, louder each time. It sounded like a mix between a courtroom closing argument and a guy finding out someone keyed his car. “That’s an absolutely horse-crap call!” he added, then threw in “ball don’t lie” for good measure.
