2025 four-star wideout Jalen Cooper released his cutdown list on Monday, which features five total teams, three of which are members of the Big 12 Conference.

Cooper, a 6-foot-1 receiver from Texas, listed Baylor, Kansas, Kansas State, SMU, and Texas A&M in his final cutdown list.

Coming out of Steele Steele High School in the Class of 2025, Cooper is listed as a four-star prospect by the 247Sports index and the nation’s 274th-ranked prospect. He also checks in as the 34th-ranked receiver in his class and the 40th-ranked player in the state of Texas.

The Texas native recently completed his final visit to Texas A&M on June 21st and visited each of the other four schools before the visit to College Station. Cooper started his streak of visits at SMU on May 17th, followed by Kansas State on May 31st, Kansas on June 7th, and Baylor on June 14th. He also took an official visit to Oklahoma State on April 19th, but the Cowboys did not make the cut for Jalen Cooper.

While Baylor, Kansas, and Kansas State will each have to be beaten out by some impressive programs to land Jalen Cooper, if he joins the league as a Bear, Jayhawk, or Wildcat, the league will have added yet another flashy pass catcher to its ranks.
