Rogers was granted an injunction earlier this week in Indiana, allowing him to receive a fifth year of eligibility and continue his college football career. Now, he’ll bring that experience to Morgantown, where he joins a West Virginia offense that has already established itself as one of the strongest rushing attacks in the Big 12.
During his collegiate career, Rogers has rushed for 1,598 yards and 11 touchdowns, showcasing the ability to be a consistent contributor in the ground game. His arrival gives the Mountaineers additional depth and experience at a position that has been a major strength for the program through the early portion of the season.
The addition comes at an important time for West Virginia as the Mountaineers continue to lean heavily on their rushing attack.
