Texas Longhorns Football 2023 Schedule, Results

The Texas Longhorns will play six home games, five road games and one neutral site game as they play their final Big 12 season in 2023.
The Longhorns and the Oklahoma Sooners will depart the Big 12 Conference for the SEC after the 2023-24 athletic year.
Texas will open its home slate on Sept. 2 against Rice. After that, the Longhorns will play future SEC mate Alabama in Tuscaloosa on Sept. 9. The Longhorns wrap up non-conference with a Sept. 16 showdown against Wyoming at home.
Texas opens Big 12 play on the road against Baylor on Sept. 23 and then hosts Kansas on Sept. 30, followed by its annual rivalry game with Oklahoma in Dallas, Texas, on Sept. 6.
Texas will play four home games, four road games and one neutral site game in Big 12 action. Along with Kansas, the Longhorns will host BYU, Kansas State and Texas Tech.
Along with Baylor, the Longhorns will travel to Houston, TCU and Iowa State.
The Longhorns will play two of the Big 12’s new members this season. BYU, Cincinnati, Houston and UCF join the league for the 2023 football season.
The Longhorns will not play Cincinnati, UCF, West Virginia and Oklahoma State this season.
Each Big 12 team will still play nine league games. But, this will be the first time since the 2010 season in which all Big 12 teams will not play each other.
The Big 12 Championship Game will be played on Saturday, Dec. 2, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, at a time to be announced.
