The 2024 Pop-Tarts Bowl has been set between the Iowa State Cyclones and the Miami Hurricanes.
The game will take place on December 28th in Orlando, Florida.
Iowa State reached the Big 12 Championship Game on Saturday, but lost 45-19 to the Arizona State Sun Devils, who reached the College Football Playoff as the No. 4 seed.
The Cyclones finished 10-3, with their only losses coming to Texas Tech and Kansas, before falling in the conference championship in Arlington, Texas. It was their second trip to the Big 12 Championship in the past five seasons. Iowa State also reached the conference title in 2020, which they lost to the Oklahoma Sooners.

Meantime, Miami finished 10-2 overall and 6-2 in the ACC. The Hurricanes started off 9-0 before losing two of their last three games to Georgia Tech and Syracuse. As a result, the Hurricanes missed the ACC Championship Game, which came down to SMU and Clemson. Both the Mustangs and Tigers ended up making the College Football Playoff on Sunday.
The two teams have never played each other in each program’s history.
The game is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. EST and will air on ABC.
