With Week 6 of the Big 12 football season in the books, we now look ahead to Week 7. We saw a light slate of games in Week 6 (although that Red River Rivalry match up was epic), but now we move on to Week 7, where there are five Big 12 games on the schedule, including a non-conference match up.
These lines will often times start moving quickly by Monday or Tuesday, so if you see a number you like, it’s best to get moving on it. We will release our Big 12 football picks by Thursday, on our podcast and here on the website. Here’s a look at the lines.
Big 12 Football Week 7 Lines
Texas Tech -16.5 at Kansas
Baylor -5 vs. BYU
Texas -5 vs. Oklahoma State
Iowa State -4.5 at Kansas State
Oklahoma -12.5 vs. TCU
These lines all feel pretty accurate, although I am surprised by Oklahoma State being a five-point underdog with that defense, along with Oklahoma getting nearly two touchdowns against a TCU team that isn’t great, but is solid, and OU still has uncertainty at quarterback given how Caleb Williams played on Saturday in relief of Spencer Rattler. Baylor giving five points to BYU is impressive, even though the Cougars lost to Boise State on Saturday, they still have multiple Power 5 wins. Either way, it’s a really solid slate this weekend for the Big 12, so start placing those bets now!
